Designated as the TIMEC person in charge of a crew to perform work under the direction of the refinery company representative. Directs the activities of craftsmen, leadmen and working foremen knowing each crewmember's certifications and limitations, and giving suggestions to crew using personal experience and knowledge to help them understand proper and safe methods of performance. Capable of overseeing a small crew or a leadman on a large crew, or an unskilled labor crew. Enforce TIMEC's IIPP, managing timesheets and all other required site paperwork. Ordering of materials, plan equipment needs, interface with both clients and employees, and audit Job Hazards Analyses (JHA's).
