TIMEC Company, Inc. is seeking to place Journeyman Insulators/Foremans.

Position Description:

Insulators report directly to their crew Foreman, and will occasionally work directly with the Site Manager. Insulators are responsible for covering boilers, pipes, tanks, and refrigeration units with insulating materials to reduce loss or absorption of heat, prevent moisture condensation, and to deaden sound within the refinery setting. Regular maintenance and repair of insulated machinery.

Position Requirements:

Follow spoken and written instructions; compare and see differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects and work to set standards; visualize solid objects from flat drawings or pictures. Select insulating materials and tools based on specifications, and use logical step-by-step procedures based upon accurate information to complete tasks. Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds; work in hot areas, in high places, and around hazardous materials; lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds or more. Industry experience preferably.

Successful candidate must meet all conditions of TIMEC's Drug and Alcohol testing requirements as a condition of employment. Drug/alcohol screening is administered post-offer and pre-employment.

NCCER Certification required.
