Position Description:
The Project TA Superintendent is responsible for overall field execution of projects and/or turnarounds. Directs the activities of multiple foreman and workers, knowing each crew member's limitations, and provides suggestions to crew using personal experience and knowledge to help them understand the proper and safe methods of performance. Plans and executes portions of the job as directed. Supervisor is responsible for quality control and all required documentation.
Position Requirements:
Requires high school education or GED, BA preferred. A minimum of eight (8) years of previous experience in petrochemical plant construction and maintenance, and has demonstrated extensive leadership skills.
Must possess skills in Windows based software programs, including Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access. Must have the ability to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Must be fluent at reading, speaking and writing in English. Must have demonstrated ability to act and perform proactively and independently.
