TIMEC Company, Inc. is seeking to place a Turnaround Manager in Regional locations.

As a result of our continued growth and success in the Turnaround Planning and execution field, we are currently recruiting for four (4) experienced Turnaround Managers to join our teams located in Carson, California, Vallejo, California, Billings, Montana, and La Porte, Texas.

Position Requirements: The Turnaround Manager is accountable for delivering all key performance areas relating to the successful planning, preparation and execution of the shutdown. This will include ensuring that the shutdown is brought in on time and on budget, adhering to Safety and Quality procedures and working in accordance with the Quality Assurance process.

Ability to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

• 10 to15 years in turnaround leading or management experience within the oil and gas, refinery or petrochemical industry.
• Proven track record in negotiating, planning and meeting financial and contractual targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relationship management skills
• Project Management skills including scheduling, planning, budgeting and coordinating and a good working knowledge of SAP, MS Project or P3
• Strong ability to prioritize conflicting scheduling requirements within a customer service environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage personnel
• Awareness and application of HSE and Quality procedures and systems

This position requires the capacity to motivate and influence staff to work as a cohesive and productive team focused on achieving specified safety and production outcomes in a timely manner.
