TIMEC Company, Inc. is seeking to place a Turnaround Planner in Regional locations.

As a result of our continued growth and success in the Turnaround Planning and execution field, we are currently recruiting for four (4) experienced Turnaround Planners to join our teams located in Carson, California, Vallejo, California, Billings Montana, and La Porte, Texas.

Position Requirements: This position will be responsible for preparing detailed shutdown execution plans that define the work scope, the overall duration, the critical path and the resource requirements. You will prepare and analyze progress reports including "S" curves, liaise with management on any issues that may influence turnaround activities, such as resource adjustments, equipment work schedules and the critical paths. This would include providing recommendations and changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Ability to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

• 3 to 5 years Turnaround Planning experience within the oil and gas, refinery or petrochemical industry
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project and or SAP are essential
• Proven track record in meeting project deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to create relationships within the clients organization
• Awareness of HSE and Quality procedures and systems

This position will require 50% local travel and 15% out-of-state travel.

Successful candidate must meet all conditions of TIMEC's Drug and Alcohol testing requirements, as well as a background check, as a condition of employment. Drug/alcohol screening is administered post-offer and pre-employment.
