Gary Green

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Green has over 25 years of experience in contract maintenance, operations, and construction for the oil and gas, chemical and construction industries. He is recognized for his strategic objectives, commitments to safety, customer satisfaction and operating excellence. Prior to joining TIMEC in 2001, Mr. Green enjoyed a long career with ARCO Products Company, where he held senior management positions in refinery operations, planning, turnaround management, maintenance services and reliability engineering.

Mr. Green is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Executive MBA Program.


Jarrod Watts

Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Watts is responsible for managing the financial, administrative and procurement functions of the company. Prior to joining TIMEC he held various senior financial management positions as a long term employee within Transfield Services in Australia, including General Manager of Finance and Administration for an AUD $650m business unit in the mining and hydrocarbons sector. Mr. Watts has recently completed an assignment in Canada where he was Vice President Commercial and Contract Administration, working with the Flint Transfield Services Joint Venture on a contract in Northern Alberta’s oil sands industry.

Mr. Watts has 20 years of experience in operational finance management, process development, systems implementation and contract administration.


Jerri McCarthy

Sr. Vice President Human Resources and Training

Ms. McCarthy joined TIMEC in 2005 in the position of Vice President of Human Resources. She brings 20 years of industry experience in her profession, which includes a strong background in acquisition support, employee relations, benefits, and program/project management. She is responsible for all Human Resources activities for the Corporation, including strategic program design and development.

Ms. McCarthy holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate.


Walter Dauglash

Vice President HSE 

Mr. Dauglash has over 20 years of experience in industrial hygiene, health and safety, environmental, refining, petrochemical, industrial cleaning, emergency response, hazardous waste management, superfund site investigation and clean-up, environmental construction and remediation. Prior to joining TIMEC in July 2009, Mr. Dauglash owned his own consulting firm providing health, safety, environmental and industrial hygiene technical expertise to clients such as Verizon Wireless, BP, INEOS, United States Postal Service and ITT Instruments. Before starting his own consulting firm, Mr. Dauglash held various positions as the Corporate Health and Safety Manager for major consulting firms and petrochemical/refining contracting companies.

Mr. Dauglash holds an MS in Environmental Science and a BS degree in Environmental Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, with a dual major in Preparatory Medicine from California State University, Northridge.



Lou Hall

Senior Vice President Operations

Mr. Hall was promoted to his current position in November 2008 from his previous role as Vice President of Operations - North California, PNW and Mid-West regions. Mr. Hall has held several positions at TIMEC, including Shell West Coast Alliance Manager, which he had held for over two years, Site Manager and Lead Turnaround planner at the Shell Martinez Refinery. Over his 15 year career with TIMEC, Mr. Hall has worked in all of the Bay Area and many of the West Coast Refineries in various managerial, technical and supervisory capacities. Prior to his tenure with TIMEC, Mr. Hall worked for Kiewit Pacific for three years in the capacity of Field Engineer for various Heavy and Highway construction jobs.

Mr. Hall graduated in 1989 from Oregon State University with BS degree in both Construction Engineering Management and Business Administration.


 

Daniel Reynolds

Vice President Risk Management and Commercial Operations

Mr. Reynolds has over 20 years of insurance and risk management experience. He is responsible for claim resolutions, labor relations, oversight of workers compensation programs and other corporate insurance and risk matters.

Mr. Reynolds graduated from the University of Massachusetts. He attended Suffolk Law School in Boston. He serves as a director and past president of the Orange County, California chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
