Gary D. Green new Chief Executive Officer at TIMEC

Gary Green has been promoted to new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at TIMEC Company, Inc. effective November 3, 2008. In his new role, Gary Green will focus on the continuous improvement of TIMEC's core oil and gas business as well as the strategic growth of the business in existing markets. Mr. Green will report to Joseph Sadatmehr, President and CEO at Transfield Services, North America and will continue to office in Carson, California.

Mr. Green has over 25 years of experience in contract maintenance, operations, and construction for the oil and gas, chemical and construction industries. He is recognized for his strategic objectives, commitments to safety, customer satisfaction and operating excellence.

Prior to joining TIMEC in 2001, Mr. Green enjoyed a long career with ARCO Products Company, where he held senior management positions in refinery operations, planning, turnaround management, maintenance services and reliability engineering. Mr. Green is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Executive MBA Program.

Mr. Green is very active in his religion and community and loves spending time with his family. Mr. Green is married to Gina Green and has two daughters: Tina and Kali, and is expecting his first grand-child in April.
