TIMEC participates in 2009 RMC

La Porte, Texas  –  Wednesday, 20 May 2009

TIMEC participated in the Reliability & Maintenance Conference and Exhibition organized by the NPRA (National Petrochemical and Refiners Association) on May 19-22.

The annual conference was held in Grapevine, Texas.

TIMEC has been attending this event for years, and has been proactive in networking with current and potential clients by exhibiting its products and services at the trade show. But this year, TIMEC has shown further involvement in safety and reliability challenges by presenting a paper through its affiliate HRI on Using hot work technologies to reduce critical path. The workshop shows how producers can utilize hot work technologies to reduce turnaround duration and achieve better operating efficiencies.

The three-day program includes the exhibition, technical presentations, keynote addresses, discussion groups, and question and answer sessions. TIMEC believes that proactive participation in every aspect of the conference demonstrates its commitment and continuous focus on improving reliability in the refining and petrochemical sectors.

TIMEC and its parent company Transfield Services are leading global providers of maintenance, turnaround and construction services in a diverse range of industries including oil and natural gas; petrochemical; water and wastewater; and food, among others.
